    Questions about billing

    Nothing is deleted. The account turns read-only until you choose a plan, and you can export everything at any point: projects, invoices and timesheets.

    Everything, except the free website. The AI Advisor comes as a small taster: 5 credits a month for the whole firm, on quick questions. The full Advisor comes with + AI, an Advisor seat. Construction can be tried on one project with a limited number of records, and the add-on unlocks it on every project. Both tasters stay if you choose Standard without them.

    Annual plans can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice. Monthly plans are by card.

    The new seat is charged pro-rata for the days remaining. Removing a seat credits the next invoice rather than refunding immediately.

    A project with phases running. Archived and completed projects do not count, so a long back catalogue costs nothing.

    What an AI Advisor question costs: a quick question is 1 credit, an analysis 4, a portfolio-wide review 10. Each Advisor seat includes 40 credits a month, and unused monthly credits do not carry over. Top-ups are $5 for 25, and credits you buy do not expire.

    Yes. Most practices give the Advisor seat to whoever asks the commercial questions, and keep everyone else on standard seats.

    Practices registered and operating in Egypt pay $9 per standard seat, $15 per Advisor seat, $19 for the construction add-on and $3 per extra project, billed in US dollars. The price follows the country your firm is registered in; your billing address must be in Egypt. AI credit top-ups cost the same everywhere.

    Yes, through the Smartnatic API. Your firm creates a key for a partner platform and chooses what it may do. On a paid plan the API is included, with 120 requests a minute, 5,000 a day and signed webhooks. During the trial it is read-only, with 1,000 requests a day. Partners pay nothing.     Yes. A price increase is announced by email at least 30 days ahead and applies from your next renewal, so you can cancel before it does; a price reduction can apply straight away.
