    Questions about billing

    Nothing is deleted. The account turns read-only until you choose a plan, and you can export everything at any point: projects, invoices and timesheets.

    Annual plans can be paid by bank transfer against an invoice. Monthly plans are by card.

    The new seat is charged pro-rata for the days remaining. Removing a seat credits the next invoice rather than refunding immediately.

    A project with phases running. Archived and completed projects do not count, so a long back catalogue costs nothing.

    One question to the AI Advisor. An Advisor seat includes 40 a month, top-ups are $5 for 25, and credits do not roll over.

    Yes. Most practices give the Advisor seat to whoever asks the commercial questions, and keep everyone else on standard seats.

    Practices registered and operating in Egypt, at roughly half the listed rate. The product is identical. The rate is applied automatically when we detect you are in Egypt. If it is not showing, write to us from your practice address and we will apply it to the account.
